An Ohio court last week rendered a controversial decision saying tough noogies to a consumer who was injured by a bone hidden in his portion of boneless chicken wings.

Newsweek and Statista interviewed 7,000 consumers asking them about the best places to shop in various categories like supermarkets, electronics, apparel and more. They were asked about prices, selection, and atmosphere to arrive at the rankings. Top retailer for clothing was Tommy Bahama. For electronics, the Apple Store took the prize. To evaluate the best states to retire in, Bankrate ranked states based on five broad categories: affordability (40 percent), overall well-being (25 percent), the cost and quality of health care (20 percent), weather (10 percent) and crime (5 percent). The top state was Delaware while Alaska came in last place.
