Can Prevagen Really Improve Your Memory?

Over 10 years ago, the FDA sent the company a warning letter saying among other things that it was making impermissible treatment claims. Truth in Advertising (TINA) has also taken numerous steps over the years alleging that the company has been making deceptive claims. Here is TINA's account of the issues relating to the research the company has done and their claims based on that.

Couple Loses $22,000 in Bank Scam

[Ignore ad at start.] This senior answered his wife's phone and was told there was fraudulent activity on her debit card and that the bank was putting a stop on it. The crook, posing as the bank, promised to send a new card, but just needed to verify their identity with a password that was being sent to that cellphone. That's when this consumer made a big mistake. [Web version of story.]
