Medicare Recipients Can Get 8 Free Home COVID Tests Per Month
As of April 4, under a new Medicare rule for Part B recipients, you can get eight free home COVID tests (not 8 boxes if two per box) per calendar month. See list of participating pharmacies here and more details [look under section entitled "COVID-19 Over-the-Counter (OTC) tests"]. This program is in addition to the one being run by the post office.

Get Panera's New Unlimited Sip Club Free Until July 4
Panera is expanding its old unlimited coffee club to cover all their other beverages too including ice tea, charged lemonades, and soda. Sign up by May 6 and your membership is free until July 4. After that, it is $10.99 a month for unlimited beverages daily while you are in the shop. (Must wait two hours before visiting again, however.)

Consumer Reports says, depending on local prices, you might be able to save so much money on gasoline alone that buying a membership to a warehouse club like Costco, BJ's, or Sam's Club might be worth it. Keep in mind, however, that not all locations have gas stations.
