Medicare Recipients Can Get 8 Free Home COVID Tests Per Month

COVID Tests As of April 4, under a new Medicare rule for Part B recipients, you can get eight free home COVID tests (not 8 boxes if two per box) per calendar month. See list of participating pharmacies here and more details [look under section entitled "COVID-19 Over-the-Counter (OTC) tests"]. This program is in addition to the one being run by the post office.

Get Panera's New Unlimited Sip Club Free Until July 4

Panera is expanding its old unlimited coffee club to cover all their other beverages too including ice tea, charged lemonades, and soda. Sign up by May 6 and your membership is free until July 4. After that, it is $10.99 a month for unlimited beverages daily while you are in the shop. (Must wait two hours before visiting again, however.)

Savings on Gasoline Alone Might Make a Warehouse Club Membership Worth It

Consumer Reports says, depending on local prices, you might be able to save so much money on gasoline alone that buying a membership to a warehouse club like Costco, BJ's, or Sam's Club might be worth it. Keep in mind, however, that not all locations have gas stations.
