J.D. Power surveyed over 13,000 consumers about their experience with retail pharmacies. Satisfaction with mail order pharmacies is rising, while that of brick and mortar chains is falling. For retail chains, Good Neighbor Pharmacy far outranks competitors, while CVS is in last place. Supermarket pharmacies are popular with Publix taking the number one spot, while Safeway finishes last.
