According to J.D. Power which surveyed almost 30,000 internet customers, wireless home internet service from cell carriers tends to be preferred over that delivered by conventional cable. T-Mobile takes the top slot there. As to more conventional wired internet from cable companies, the best providers vary region to region. In the East, Verizon beats Xfinity/Comcast for first place. In the West, AT&T comes in first place. See the full list.
The CDC recently called watercress the healthiest vegetable. They have now added four more veggies to their list of most nutrient-dense ones. Chinese cabbage, chard, beet greens and spinach now round out the list of five.

A Massachusetts man recently got a call from a real estate lawyer trying to verify that he was selling his house. The lawyer had a contract with the homeowner's supposed signature on it. That call saved this man from losing a house that he was not actually selling. [Note: The general advice is not to waste money on a home title locking service.]
