Right at the height of holiday shopping season wouldn't you know that scammers are creating fake retail websites that look like the real ones. And they're advertising them on Facebook and other places. We show you an example. That is our Mouse Print* story this week.
The American Satisfaction Index surveyed over 14,000 consumers to evaluate their experience with goods they purchased. The latest results rank top brands of personal computers, televisions, and computers for personal satisfaction.
For 28 years, Consumer World has served readers with the latest consumer news, money-saving tips, and independent investigations on topics like shrinkflation and digital coupons. It is your generosity that keeps this site and Mouse Print* available as free consumer resources. So MrConsumer turns to you and humbly asks for your support again this year. Your gift will be most appreciated.

It was announced last week that Uncle Sam is giving out another four free COVID tests. Get yours here. If you didn't get the ones offered last month, you are entitled to eight now. Note that some of the tests they send are beyond the expiration date on the box. But the expiration has been extended and you can see what it is here.
