Major Appliance Brands Rated by Owners

refrigerator Thousands of recent major appliance buyers were polled by J.D. Power about their satisfaction with the model and brand they chose. Here are some examples of the rankings. Top dishwasher brands: Samsung, Bosch. Top French door refrigerator: Samsung, LG. Top range: Samsung, Frigidaire. Top front load washer: Samsung and Whirlpool tied. Here's the full list. Watch Episode 1 of the Documentary "Outcry" Free on Showtime

MrConsumer binge-watched the Showtime documentary Outcry over the weekend and absolutely loved it. It is about a teenage guy accused of sexual acts with a four-year-old. This five-part documentary takes you through his trial and then efforts by his supporters who say he was wrongly convicted. It is a gripping series that will anger you about the justice system. Unfortunately, only the first episode is free, so find someone with Showtime to watch the rest.
